We provide palliative and end-of-life care to adults with a life-limiting illness

Story

On Tuesday 19th September, the CoBH Team are cycling 50 miles to visit each of the GP surgeries in our catchment area.  While the team are out on the road, other staff members and supporters will be cycling the same distance on a static bike at the hospice.

The Countess of Brecknock Hospice provides outstanding end of life and palliative care to adults suffering from life-limiting illness who live in Andover, Stockbridge, Sutton Scotney and surrounding villages.  Care is provided through our inpatient unit, day centre and in patients' own homes.
