DANESGIVING - NOVEMBER 1-30, 2021

For Danesgiving, 5 trios of your favorite coaches from Dane's Body Shop will be pitted against each other to encourage you to donate funds, coins and canned goods in support of their trio to be crowned kings/queens of Danesgiving.

Why support your favorite Coaches Trio?

Because they are all ridiculously sore losers and you don't even want to know how many burpees they'll make you do if they don't win! Oh.. oh and the whole good cause thing...

During the holidays, when family meals are so central to our lives, thousands of our neighbors are still struggling to put food on the
table. And the unprecedented demand of the past several months has strained the Central Texas Food Banks resources to the limit. This holiday season, the Food Bank will put food on the table for thousands of families. You can help. Give to the Central Texas Food Bank. Because, now more than ever, we're stronger together.

How to Participate

1) Bring can goods/non-perishable food items to the gym & put them in the box of your favorite Coaches Trio

2) Bring in coins or dolla-dolla bills to the gym & put them in the box of your favorite Coaches Trio

4) Cheer on your favorite Coaches Trio so they know you're supporting them
