The Mental Health Foundation,  is the UK’s charity for everyone’s mental health. With prevention at the heart of what they do, it aims to find and address the sources of mental health problems so that people and communities can thrive. The Mental Health Foundation has been chosen as CMR's charity partner for 2022/23. A CMR Team has come together to help us hit our target fundraising amount.

On this occasion, the Team will be doing a 10K circuit around London, going past its most iconic sites! What an experience!
