UPDATE
Due to the pandemic the challenge understandably got derailed. After completing Kilimanjaro both London and Manchester Marathons were postponed and then cancelled. However, the challenge remains - albeit much more drawn out. The London Marathon has been rescheduled to 3rd October and I will be attempting 3 hours at the Brighton Marathon on 10th April 22.

Dear family, friends and colleagues,
Over the course of three months this Spring I will be embarking on three challenges in order to raise money for CLIC Sargent, a fantastic charity that supports young people battling cancer.
The first challenge, in late February, is to climb Kilimanjaro in Tanzania - the highest mountain in Africa standing at 5,895m. This will take seven days and I'll be doing it along with my sister Becky.
The second is to run the Manchester Marathon in under 3 hours, in early April.
Finally, two weeks later I'll be attempting, along with five friends, to break the world record for the fasted six-person costume to run a marathon. The current record is a shade under 6 hours.
