Hello I’m Lauren and this year I am walking for this amazing society who helps people everyday who are battling this awful illness. Sadly I lost my grandad when I was young to Alzheimer’s and it was heartbreaking to watch my grandad slowly slip away. My two friends are also joining me on the walk as we want to raise money for those people and families who are effected by this awful illness to make sure they get the best possible care and life under the circumstances.
