For 7 years the woman we love has been slowly drifting away. In 2015 our beloved Mother and Grandma began experiencing symptoms of Alzheimer's. At first it was forgetting dates and having repeated conversations.Then came the heartbreaking moment when she no longer recognised her husband, children and grandchildren. Nothing can ever prepare you for this day and we wish for no one else to have to ever go through this. We are walking to raise money to fight this devastating disease, so that hopefully one day no family will ever have to watch the person they love forget who they are.
