Most of you all know Iain's story...he was born premature and was later diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy. Initially his parents were told that Iain would likely not be able to walk, or talk. Good news...with support from his family, and at the time Capability Scotland helped with Physical Therapy and providing Iain with equipment to help him with his mobility needs. It is with huge thanks we are delighted to take part in Pedal with Power by Capability Scotland and Heriots Rugby Club - Iain is now 28 years old and is the owner of Club McKendry - Spinning(R) Studio in Edinburgh. He has defied the odds and with his determination he has met some of his goals in life - at Club McKendry we ask you to set some goals for your own challenge - we shall all aim to pedal 100miles total during the month of May at your classes in Club McKendry. You do not need to participate but please feel free to donate to this wonderful charity if you do not want to log your miles. For those "Pedalling with Power" - we ask you to take a screen shot of your miles and take a note of them and let's see who can Pedal the most miles - oh we love some healthy competition at Club McKendry (lol) - this will be a bit of fun for the month of May. Thank you all for helping us give a little back to Capability Scotland who indeed helped Iain "find his feet" - thank you - Janis, Alan and Iain at Club McKendry
