Our father Clive Jones spent his final two weeks at the Royal Trinity Hospice on Clapham Common where they took wonderful care of him until his passing on October 30th, 2020. 

Royal Trinity Hospice is a 10 minute walk from his daughter's home in Clapham, and his son and daughter were able to visit him daily. We know Clive would have wanted us to ask for donations to Royal Trinity Hospice in lieu of flowers. 

Royal Trinity Hospice receive 25% of their funding from the NHS. The remainder of their running costs have to be met through donations Thank you for your donations.
