Due to the COVID pandemic our daily lives both personal and at work have changed considerably since March 2020, with adaptations to normal routines and work processes being made.

Many events have been cancelled this year and socialisation put on hold.

To lift and boost our Team we wanted to do something together with a Team objective we could focus on and meet whist being able to complete safely and distanced as individuals.

We hope our walk will give us the motivation to get moving and become a little fitter in the process! 

We had planned our walk for some Seasonal fun for the Coding Team but we were delighted to be asked to fund raise for the Rotherham Hospital and Community Charity.

Together we will be walking 3,866,000 steps together from TRFT to Lapland. Our tracker elf will be keeping us (and you!) updated on our progress along the way. We set off on our journey on 12.11.2020 and are aiming for 90,372 team steps per day to reach Lapland by Christmas Eve.

All the money you help us to raise for the TRFT charity will really make a difference to the patients cared for in the community and at Rotherham Hospital, plus our amazing NHS staff in 2021.
