I was entered in the Great North Run last year before breast cancer took Sharon from us, so a year on I felt I had to be there for the 2015 running. Many of you have generously donated before to other runs I have done and I can't emphasise enough how much this has been appreciated - very humbling and never ever taken for granted.
As a wee twist - if I get £500 or more in total I'll run the 13.1 miles in a kilt - and not a crappy one either, a proper heavy one haha!! I can't be a true Scotsman this once though - long distance runners will understand why :)
