I've started swimming again recently, and this is a way of kicking myself up the backside to go from 1500 metres to 2000 metres in about a month's time... oh and keep it under an hour time-wise. Eeeek! Oh and it's going to be freezing cold too... Errh. I'm looking to raise £500 for Macmillan.

In memory of my father-in-law, Brian, who died five years ago and who benefitted from Macmillan support, so please help me reach my goal... anything will be greatly appreciated!
