Hi everyone,

I am running my first half marathon on Sunday 6th March. I'm not really a runner so it will definitely be a challenge and worth lots of sponsorship money!

I am raising money for Great Ormond Street Hospital childrens charity. As you know, I did my years placement at the hospital last year and was lucky to see all the amazing work they do there. Everyone knows someone who has been treated at GOSH, and so it is well worth donating. They use the money from the charity for building new wards, providing accommodation for a family member to stay with a seriously ill child and providing the latest specialist equipment.

It is for a fantastic cause, and I really appreciate any money you can donate to support them, and to give me some encouragement when I am running!
