On 27 July I’ll be taking part in the London Triathlon along with a number of colleagues all supporting the Lloyds Banking Group and the Verde Charity Challenge charity of the year, Alzheimer’s Society’s Live Well Campaign.

 

I’ll be swimming, cycling, and running around the Excel docks in London to help raise money for the Alzheimer’s Society’s Live Well Campaign – a fantastic cause which will give carers the information and skills they need to support their loved one to live well with dementia.
