Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As soon as possible, when the barbers re-open from 12th April I will be having my hair and beard shaved off to raise money for Kings College Hospital. I’ve been growing it since lockdown, before and after photos will be provided as evidence!

In January 2020 my wife Clare was referred to Kings College Hospital regarding her auto immune liver condition. She was told she needed a liver transplant and in March just as we went into lockdown she was put on the transplant waiting list. Near midnight on 6th October she received the call we had been waiting for and went by ambulance up to Kings. The next morning she had the transplant operation and following some complications was allowed home just over 2 weeks later. All the staff in Kings have been amazing from the transplant co-ordinators, consultants, Doctors, nurses, ICU staff, Todd Ward, cleaners, porters etc. Thank you for all you have done.
