Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This year I am lucky enough to be running in the London Marathon. I have decided to run and raise some funds in memory of a dear friend who lost her battle with cancer earlier this year.

I had known Karen since our daughters started school together and along with friendly group of mum's we attended milestone events together.  Unfortunately earlier this year Karen lost her courageous battle with cancer.

I often think of her when I'm out running and when it starts to get tough.  She use to say I was inspirational to her but she is the lady who inspires me to live my life to the full.

I have spoken to her daughter who has said that Helen Rollason was a charity which was close to her mums heart.  So if you are able to make a donation, no matter how small hopefully they can go on supporting people like Karen.

Thank you
