Hey All! My name is Clare Rider. I am treking 3,100 feet, over five days camping (yes araghh bathing in the lake, hello spiders & snakes) into the very heart of the Grand Canyon. This will be a huge but rewarding challenge for such an amazing first class Childrens Hospital!
