Story

I may have mentioned that for some obscure reason I decided to give myself the goal of completing a sprint triathlon in 2009…… yikes!!

Don’t be fooled, my primary objective here is simply to complete the course…. and hopefully not come over the line last.  So all those marathon runners, Channel swimmers, – cyclists amongst you - I remain in awe!

Anyway, I will be taking up the challenge this Sunday with my friend Rachel in the Cotswolds tackling a 750m swim in the Keynes water park lake, 20km cycle and finishing the wobbly legs off with a 5km run.  All this attired in some rather questionable clothing.

So, given such endeavours I thought I’d try to raise a few funds to benefit a great charity – the Touch Trust www.touch-trust.org – which is very dear to the hearts of my friends in and is small charity which provides wonderful help to those in real need.

Thanks for your support

Clare
