An activity challenge to raise funds to put on a Christmas camp for 8 children who have a disability

Story

Anyone who knows me, understands how hopeless I am at exercising.

As a fibromyalgia sufferer, I often have lots of pain, but also mentally find it really hard to get going.

So, I've decided to take this opportunity to do some good for others as well as myself!

I'm taking part in the PSC Coach8 Challenge, which will require at least 4 work-out sessions every week for eight weeks.  I hope to raise enough money to contribute to a running a special one-off camp for eight children who are suffering with their physical health.

I'm also hoping that by doing this challenge, it will kickstart me into action in improving my own health and easing my fibromyalgia symptoms.

Any contributions are gratefully received and will go to support the fantastic work of Plymouth Sports Charity, as well as motivating me on this journey (which I am dreading!)

Wish me luck! x
