We foster and fund research to improve lives for people with nystagmus.

Story

Jessica was diagnosed with Nystagmus at 3 months old and at the time we panicked as to why she had it (it’s not in our family) and what it meant for her future (we had heard she wouldn’t be able to drive, or do certain jobs). Nystagmus Network helped us work out the myths from the facts and understand the condition better which also helps us to empathise with Jessica if she is struggling with something (like scooting into every wing mirror along a row of parked cars, or missing a firework display because her eyes won’t track upwards).
