Fundraising for Teach a Child - Africa
Story
Sunday 19th SEPT 2010, The Red Kite Ride

Starting point: Thornhill Park & Ride

£15 entrance fee (100% goes to TaC Africa)
On each ride we are joined by three experienced cyclists, each leading a group according to ability/confidence (beginner, intermediate and experienced). A support crew is on hand to provide water, energy bars, energy-rich bananas and heaps of moral support too.be.

Teach a Child - Africa' (TaC) enables children who have been orphaned by AIDS to complete their secondary education. More than 12 million children in sub-Saharan Africa have lost one or both of their parents to AIDS.* Today we are providing bursaries to 34 children in Africa so that they can finish school and develop the skills to fight poverty and reach their potential in life
