Our YoungMinds Heroes lace up their trainers and take to the streets of London to join in the fight for young peoples mental health!

Story

After participating in the Virtual London Marathon for Young Minds in 2020 I am now  joining the fight for young peoples mental health by taking on 26.2 miles of the UK's Capital for the 2023 London Marathon! Everyone knows someone who struggles with their mental health. Sadly we lost my father in law as he was unable to cope with the struggles of life because of his mental health.  It maybe too late to help him but there are so many others who need our help.  Being a school teacher Young Minds seemed a fantastic charity to support. It is the UK's leading charity fighting for children and young people's mental health. Turning real life experiences into positive change,  this charity is leading the fight for a future where all young minds are supported through life, whatever the challenges.
