Dear All,

Once again I will be running the Royal Parks Half Marathon in London on Sunday 10th October in aid of Help a London Child which raises money for London's less advantaged children who have experienced poverty, bereavement, abuse, neglect, illness or disability.

I would be very grateful if you could dig deep (for the last time this year I promise) and help me reach my fund raising target of £400.
