Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Hannah Francis was an extraordinary young girl with a profound determination to do something significant with her last few months of life. Whilst she was in bed hooked up to machines she built a charity to make horsey wishes come true for other seriously ill young people and raised thousands of pounds for bone cancer and osteosarcoma research. With the support of the Eventing world her story became well known across the globe and her charity lives on. She was just 18 when she died.
I'm entered In my first ever real British Eventing 80cm competition at Norton Disney on 20th October. The horse I was expecting to compete on is sidelined so I'm going to take our own wonder pony Scooter instead. She sustained a life threatening leg injury in Janury 2016 and wasn't expected to recover to more than a light hack at best. However, unbelievably here we are and it feels fantastic! (If a little haphazard!)
If you feel you could spare some pennies to help me raise £200 for Hannah's Willberry Wonderpony #kickingcancersbutt we would be so grateful.
