Story
Isabel Hospice provides palliative support to the 270,000 people who live in eastern hertfordshire.
As a GP I see on a regular basis the help that the hospice give patients as well as their families, but am fully aware that their continued functioning is highly dependent on charitable donations. I feel highly privileged to be able to participate in this trek to an amazing place that I have always wanted to visit. I will be fully self funding the travel costs and therefore any donations made to this page will go to support the Hospice.
East Hertfordshire.Hospice care is about helping terminally ill people to live well for as long as possible and end their life in the place of their choice when the time comes. Without your help, the Hospice could not make this possible for their patients and their families. Each year they care for around 1,400 patients and 700 family members, but there are even more people that need their help and your donation will go towards making that possible.
