Story
Throughout November I'll be doing a deconstructed triathlon (which is definitely a thing!) covering 125 miles by biking, swimming and running.
This is to raise money for One25, a local charity I support in Bristol. It works with women trapped in, or vulnerable to, street sex work, supporting them to build new lives away from violence, poverty and addiction.
As you're all aware, I'm pretty lazy when it comes to exercise, and I'm certainly not the type to run races or triathlons, or even drag myself off the sofa for a gentle jog! So I'm quite daunted by the challenge of clocking up over 4 miles each and every day in the pool, on the bike or running.
But it's all for a very good cause, and your support will spur me on & get me into the lycra on even the coldest of November mornings!
Anything you can donate will be hugely appreciated, and make a real difference to some of Bristol's most vulnerable women.
Thank you!
