My sister in law sadly lost her daughter to a brain hemorrhage ten years ago.  Becki was only 24 and left behind two very young children and her husband as well as her mum, dad and brother and loads of friends and wider family. 

My sister in law, her mum, has "persuaded" me into joining her and friends  on a 12 hour exercise marathon,  comprising two 3 hour hikes and being part of a 6 hour static cycle relay!

This event is next weekend - so yes, a little close to the event,  but anything you are able to spare would be gratefully received. Even better, Mr Taxman will contribute 20% if you are a tax payer!

We are doing a number of events to commemorate Becki's life, although the others will be more fun (Dine&Dance with a charity auction in September, which I think will hurt less on the day - although maybe not the day after!!)
