Hello! 

On September the 15th we will attempting to complete a Tri -for -Life, for the amazing Emily Ash Trust! we will also be attempting not to trip over any shoe laces, have any flat tyres or get arrested by the fashion police for an unflattering wetsuit and swimming hat combo's!

 

Emily Ash holds a very special place, and we hope to raise as much money as possible so they can carry on doing the amazing work that they do.
