In April 2010 I lost my wonderful fiancé of 11 years very suddenly to heart problems that we were unaware he had. He was 43. Simon was my biggest cheerleader and supporter when it came to my running and every year entered me into the ballot for the London Marathon. Well I finally made it in! and feel that raising as much money as I can for the "British Heart Foundation" is a fitting tribute to a wonderful man, along with dedicating my first ever marathon to him! I have pledged to raise £1500 to help the BHF continue their fantastic work and need all the help I can get!
