This year I have decided to do the Great North Run for Arthritis Reseach UK, a charity very close to my heart.  My mum suffers with arthritis and I've also just been diagnosed with it. 

Arthritis Research UK is a charity leading the fight against arthritis, working to take the pain away for sufferers of all forms and helping people to remain active.
