Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Rebecca, Joan and myself did the London to Brighton cycle in 2012 for The British Heart Foundation which was our first cycle together and we vowed 'not to leave it there'! So, when we spotted the Way of the Roses which was set up in 2010 we thought we'd give it a go. It is a coast to coast cycle route from Morecambe on the north west coast of the UK to Bridlington in the east.

Bex is a friend of the family and started up the charity with her husband, Moses in 2008. They both work tirelessly for the children and families of the Namatala slum and have  already made a massive difference to the future of these children.

The team completed the coast to coast challenge on 28th August..still smiling! It is not too late to donate as this page will be open until the end of November. To see a fuller update please visit the web page;
