Mental illness can affect anyone at any point in their lives & unless you have suffered then it's impossible to understand how debilitating & lonely it is. I've struggled with depression/anxiety since I was around 14 years old & raising money for mind is my way of giving back. I can't thank my family, friends & the Mental Health Team enough for the amount of support I've received & still receive.

To anyone who is struggling right now then please know you are not alone. Things CAN & WILL get better!
