1. I'm really scared of heights, so abseiling down the side of a 160ft building really does deserve a bit of encouragement.
2. Marie Curie nurses do an amazing job for people who are dying of cancer. They give them the choice to die at home, surrounded by their friends and family.
I'm doing this in memory of my lovely nan who I wish had been able to have a Marie Curie nurse.
