Hi guys,

Thanks for coming to my page.  On June 22nd I will be running a 10K race and aiming to run it in less than 60min.......this might not seem like a mega target, but I'm really not a runner!!  Give me an ice rink or snow covered mountain.  However it's all in aid of charidee for Macmillan Cancer Support, something close to my heart and probably for may of you too.

So dig deep people and show me the colour of your money ;-)
