Story

Thanks for taking the time to read this...... I am a colleague of the late Amy Crowhurst. Amy died from secondary Breast Cancer in November 2013, aged just 32.

Amy was a lively, vivacious, beautiful girl with an infectious zest for life. She fought valiantly against Breast Cancer; but after being in remission for some time and having started living her life to the full again, she was cruelly struck down by secondary cancer in the autumn of last year and passed away peacefully at home with her family around her.

It should not have happened to Amy. She was just 32 years old with her whole life ahead of her.

Fifteen of Amy’s colleagues from Novartis Pharmaceuticals have joined together to start fundraising in Amy’s memory. It’s a small gesture but every penny counts in the fight against Breast Cancer.

Amy’s Angels are 'Walking the Walk' - a half marathon - in London on 10 May 2014.

Unfortunately, we all probably know of a mother, sister, aunt, cousin friend or colleague who has suffered from or is still fighting against Breast Cancer.

If you would like to help, please donate as much as you can to fund the research against this cruel disease.

Thank you for reading.
