Those who know me well will know that this is a huge challenge for little ole me - to take part in the BUPA Great North Run this October (13.1miles) !!!!!
So who is she running for? Two charities (although they're one in the same) ... ASBAH & KASBAH (Kent Association for Spina Bifida & Hydrocephalus) the latter who have been really helpful to my mum recently! Here's some more info on the good work they do in Kent ...
What can you afford? Well ANYTHING will be greatly received & spur me on to hit the gym more often! Please donate whenever you can ... and whatever you can, and I'm sure you'll get regular updates from me on how the joggers nipple is going
And finally THANK YOU!!!!! xxxx
