To be told 5 months into your 5 year remission that the evil disease has returned is devastating but unfortunately that is exactly what has happened to my very good friend Amanda. To let her know how much she means to us all a group of friends have signed up for the Durham 5K Race for Life and she will know how much as I just don't do running!
