Our darling Claire was sadly taken from us in August of 2017, suffering from renal cell cancer. In her final few weeks St Francis Hospice provided her with excellent care, keeping her as comfortable and as pain free as possible. Not only this, but they have provided continual support to her family and friends since her passing, helping everyone cope with such a heartfelt loss. 

As a family we will be fundraising to help support the Hospice, who only have 27% of their budget funded by the NHS, needing over £7million a year to continue to provide such important care in such a tough time in people's lives.

During her stay, Claire was cared for in the only family suite available in the hospice, allowing her 5 young children to be by her side. Our aim is to raise £50,000 in order to fund the building of a second family suite, which will be named ‘The Claire Maling Suite’. This will help the hospice continue to care for thousands of patients and families alike. Any support is greatly appreciated by the hospice and us as a family. Thankyou!
