Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

So, I did it!  It took me 4.43 and was hard but I didn't drop dead at the end!  It was a beautiful day but perhaps a bit too warm to run that far and up so many hills!  It was a wonderful occasion though and now I've got my breath back (although not yet full use of my legs!) I can appreciate the significance of it. 

I  am raising money for SSAFA Forces Help which helps 50,000 people a year who are either serving members of the armed forces, veterans or the families of either.  This year SSAFA is celebrating its 125th birthday. 

I chose SSAFA because Steve is going to be in Afghanistan for 6 months and SSAFA does so much for so many families affected by the war in Afghanistan that I felt it was the charity I really wanted to support. 

So, please help me raise money for this wonderful cause.
