Story
Helloo!!
So this year I've set myself a huge challenge and will be running my third half marathon in Hackney on May 10th. I thought it would be a lovely idea to raise some funds for charity whilst doing so and have chosen the British Heart Foundation in memory of my lovely Grandad who had been supported by them so much!
My grandparents passed away just months between each other back in 2008/9. My Grandad from a heart attack and my Nan from a very vicious brain tumour. I've always wanted to give something back to the charity that was so good to them, so if I can raise a few pounds for the BHF I'd feel that's a small good deed done in their honour.
My personal goal is to run it faster than my previous two attempts. My current PB is 2hr18 and my 2015 target is to finish under 2hr 5mins...!! If I can also raise some monies for the BHF as part of this challenge then I'd be super proud as I collapse across the finishing line...
No amount is too small and I'll hugely appreciate any donations you can make to the wonderful charity.
Thank you!!!! x
