Story
On 30th August 2013 we will being sleeping 'rough' in Reading 'so that a homeless person doesn't have to', this isn't to say we will be switching places entirely but the money we raise will go toward the Launchpad aim of getting people safe and off the streets of Reading.
We will be sleeping out under the stars in the car park/grounds of Queen Anne's School in Caversham with just our sleeping bags and cardboard for shelter from the elements.
As you may know Robbins is also undertaking '30 challenges in his 30th year' and part of that is to get involved with a number of charitable projects, so we are killing two birds with one stone with this one!!
We would be super grateful for any donations received!
Many thanks for taking the time to read this, lets hope it's not too cold and wet out there!

PS - Here is a little information about Launchpad Reading with much more available on their website at: http://www.launchpadreading.org.uk
Launchpad is a charity that helps some of Reading’s most vulnerable and disadvantaged people to turn their lives around and fulfil their potential.
They began by running a soup kitchen over 30 years ago and were known as Reading Single Homeless Project until 2011.
Based in premises right in central Reading, they work to provide accommodation, support, education and counselling to people in the town who need their help.
