As many of you will know, I recently lost my much loved father and best friend, John Richardson, who suffered from prostate cancer. I want to focus on something positive in his memory, whilst also raising awareness and vital funds to help stop prostate cancer being a killer. 

Therefore, Marc and I have joined the Prostate Cancer UK team and will both be cycling the 2018 RideLondon-Surrey 100 mile route for Prostate Cancer UK, in memory of my wonderful Dad.

Ignoring prostate cancer won't beat it. Prostate Cancer UK has a simple ambition – to stop men dying from prostate cancer. Through shifting the science over the next 10 years, we will stop prostate cancer being a killer.
