On the 1st of May 2022 my family’s life was changed forever. With no prior warning my amazing Dad suffered a heart attack and tragically passed away.

As a healthy guy, who was one week short of celebrating his 61st birthday, his death came as a complete shock to everyone. Even now 7 months on I struggle to believe that he is no longer here.

In honour of my Dad, myself and Ryan will be running the London 2023 Marathon. Running a marathon will be a huge challenge but it is one that I am willing to take on to provide fundraising for British Heart Foundation, so hopefully we can try and stop families going through a tragedy like mine.
