Hi Everyone, 

This year i have chosen to run the Great North Run 1/2 marathon again!  Yes i am utterly mad! 

I would really like to raise money for the International Refugee Trust (IRT) - founded in 1989 to help improve the lives of refugees, internally displaced people and returnees around the world. IFT are there when the big agencies move on.

I would like to raise a minimum of £150 for the trust, and am asking you all if you could support me in my half marathon and my charity of choice and donate any small amount of change you might have spare.

IRT are a very small organisation; and rely on their supporters. I hope you can help!
