Story
My brother Adrian was a special kind of person and I feel I was so lucky to have been able to share so much of my life with him. He was kind, funny and thoughtful, and he showed this in his devotion to caring for dad in the last few years. His life had recently taken a new direction and he combined building his new gardening business with enjoying the countryside whether it was fishing, running or walking.
Adrian was not aware that he had oesophageal cancer and so he died very suddenly with little warning in March. We are all so grateful that he spent the last two days of his life at the Sue Ryder Hospice at Moggerhanger. It provided peace and dignity, love and birdsong which I am eternally grateful for.
He would have loved to know we are walking in his memory.
