On Sunday 12th May 2013, I am running the Leeds Half Marathon in memory of William Blackburn.

William, was tragically taken from us on Sunday 30th December 2012, after becoming ill with meningitis. The suddeness in which it happened, has devastated all his family and friends. Being his mum, Angela's, best friend since childhood, I have seen the heartbreak this has brought her, Martyn and James. All who knew William will remember him for the character he was and no one will ever forget him. I am doing this run to remember Will and to raise as much money as possible for Meningitis UK
