October 2011 my best friend Julie was diagnosed with Cancer, i never thought that by Christmas 2011 my wonderful friend would be gone. My world fell apart how can such a horrible illness take my very special friend from me, she left a wonderful husband and two fantastic children, why is life so cruel. Im walking the shine london half marathon in her memory. On 1st july, I also took part in race for life, this would have been julies 46th birthday.
