I am once again taking part in the "Race for Life" event in memory of my wonderful aunt Erica Fleming, who lost her life to cancer 3 years ago, aged just 55.

Erica was the lynch pin of our family.  She was a fabulous person, who was always on hand to help out others.  She was also great fun to be around.....the party's were always at her house!

The loss of Erica devasted our family and we miss her terribly.  Her daughter Nikki and myself run the 5km together and think back to happy days and good times.

Ultimately a sad day for us, but we try and smile and laugh in Erica's memory, while raising a bit of money in that hope that it helps other families to avoid a painful loss like this.
