Adam Skinner Memorial Sponsored Walk · 7 April 2013 ·

Story

I'm Adam's sister Claire, my brother was killed in a fatal road traffic accident on the day that he'd captained his cricket team (the 2's) to promotion.

To me, my brother was larger than life but he was also a very caring person and wore his heart on his sleeve.

Botany Bay Cricket Club was his second home 'he loved that place', not only did he have a passion for the sport and playing, he was keen to work with the younger members and help guide them through.

So I will be taking part in a 13 mile walk from Lord's Cricket ground to Botany Bay Cricket Club to try and raise money for Adam's memorial scorebox, to see Adam's name on this memorial means everything to me & my family.

I know the economic climate is tough but if you are able to, I would be so grateful if you could sponsor me.
