For those of you who know me you will be aware of how important this charity is to me and how much diabetes has had an impact on my family's life 

This year a friend of mine will be joining me in fundraising his family has also been affected by this condition in the last couple of years

I do hope you can find it in your hearts (and pockets) to support us the last bike ride I did raised £472 we would really like to beat that this year,  all support big or small whatever you can afford is welcome and greatly appreciated
