You probably haven't heard of the Michael Sobell Hospice- I hadn't until last November when they looked after my mum.  It's hard to describe but the care she received there was excellent throughout a very difficult time and the staff are all amazing.

  It is not a big charity and for these reasons I have chosen to take part in the Grand Union Challenge to support the work they do.  Any donations are gratefully received and I know will go a long way to help others.  Thanks for all your support and to my aunt and friends who are taking part too- you are all amazing!
